Find somewhere else to go. Waste of time going here. Checked in online and showed up 10 minutes before with no one at the front counter when I walked in, then when my name comes up I get bumped down another 30 mins. This is the store in Hammond, LA. The haircuts weren't that great to begin with for the price. Won't be recommending anyone or ever going back. There are way better places to go in Hammond.

First time I sent in for a haircut, new to the area. What I witnessed while I sat there for 30 minutes: only applied estimated wait times for first 5 which was 30 minutes so I would have been at least an hour. 3 stylish were working and only saw 2 people completed that were in the chair when I enter. One stylish was very focused, the other one I could see was spending more time showing pictures on her phone and standing around at other stations yakking. I really can't figure out with 3 people working 8 people would be other hour. I probably just have told someone I was leaving but figured with the unprofessionalism I saw I would probably do better to try somewhere else tomorrow and just left.
